Hiring a software company across borders takes trust. We've replaced trust-me with a system: your payment sits in a secure escrow wallet, and TechRadian gets paid only when everything you agreed on has been delivered.
What is escrow?
Escrow is a simple financial arrangement: instead of paying a company directly and hoping they deliver, your payment goes into a protected holding wallet that neither side can touch alone. We can see the project is funded — so we commit our time with confidence — but we cannot withdraw a single dirham or dollar of it. The money moves to TechRadian only when one specific thing happens: you confirm that everything in the written deliverables checklist has been delivered to you.
It is the same principle used in property purchases and large online marketplaces, applied to software development — where it solves the industry's oldest problem: paying someone you found online, in another country, for work that doesn't exist yet.
The checklist is what gives the wallet its teeth. Before anything is funded, we write down exactly what "delivered" means for your project: every agreed feature working, full source code in your hands, the application deployed on accounts you own, documentation, and every credential. No vague promises — a list a stranger could verify.
How it works
We finalise deliverables, milestones, timeline and price in a written agreement.
You deposit the project amount into your escrow wallet — safeguarded, not paid out.
TechRadian develops your product with regular demos and progress updates.
You test every deliverable against the checklist: features, source code, docs, credentials.
Only when you confirm everything is delivered is the payment released to TechRadian.
Why escrow
Anyone can promise honesty. We designed a payment flow where honesty is the only way we get paid.

A realistic roadmap
Example timeline for a standard 6–8 week build. Your written plan comes with real dates before anything is funded — larger projects stretch the middle, the structure stays the same.
A free call about what you need, then we put it in writing: features, deliverables checklist, timeline and one fixed price. You pay nothing at this stage — and you can walk away with the document.
You fund the escrow wallet — the full amount for small projects, or Milestone 1 for larger ones. The money is safeguarded from this moment: we can see it, we cannot touch it.
Funds safeguarded — not paid outWireframes and interface design for your approval, plus the technical groundwork. You get a live preview link in this window — real screens, not documents.
Milestone 1 approved → released · Milestone 2 fundedDevelopment in weekly cycles, each ending with an updated preview and a plain-language progress note. Feedback lands while it is cheap to act on.
You test everything against the checklist on your own devices — clicking every feature, checking every item. Anything short gets fixed and redelivered. The wallet stays untouched throughout.
Funds still in escrow during testingSource code in a repository you control, deployment on your own accounts, documentation, credentials and a walkthrough session. Only when you confirm the checklist is complete do you release the final payment.
You approve → final funds releasedA 30-day bug-fix window is included after handover. From there, an optional monthly maintenance plan keeps the product updated and improving — month to month, no lock-in.
Questions
You deposit the agreed amount into your escrow wallet once the project scope is finalised. TechRadian doesn't receive the funds at this point — they remain safeguarded in the wallet while we build.
Funds are released only after every deliverable in the agreed checklist has been provided and you've reviewed and approved the work. Until then, the money stays in escrow.
You don't release the funds. We fix and redeliver until the checklist is complete — or the undelivered portion is refunded from the wallet as set out in the agreement.
Yes. Bigger builds are divided into milestones, each with its own deliverables and escrow amount, so funds release stage by stage as you approve the work.
Everything: full source code, deployment builds, documentation, admin credentials and a handover session. Delivery isn't complete until you have independent control of your product.
