Software does not stand still just because it is finished. Dependencies age, security advisories land, operating systems update, and your users keep asking for the next thing. A product that stops moving starts decaying — quietly at first.
Our support plans cover two kinds of work. The invisible kind: dependency updates, security patches, backup checks, uptime monitoring — the maintenance that nobody notices until it is missing. And the visible kind: bug fixes within agreed response times, and a feature roadmap we plan together each quarter, so your product keeps earning its place in users' lives. We run this discipline on our own products — Clikox, Invoex and Ectto all ship regular releases — and we bring the same rhythm to yours.
Every plan comes with real SLAs, in writing: how fast we acknowledge, how fast we fix, what counts as critical. And every month closes with a plain-language report of what was done, what was found, and what is planned — no retainer black holes where money goes in and mystery comes out.
We also adopt software other teams built. It starts with a paid code review: we map the codebase, dependencies and risks, then tell you honestly whether the right path is continue, refactor, or rebuild — including when the answer is not the one that earns us the most work. If we take it on, the first month focuses on stabilising: updates applied, monitoring added, backups verified, documentation started.
There is no lock-in in either direction. Documentation and clean handover practices mean you can take maintenance in-house or elsewhere at any time; plans run month to month. We would rather keep clients by being useful than by being hard to leave. If you are unsure what your product needs, describe it to us and we will recommend a plan — or tell you honestly that you do not need one yet.

Questions people ask us
Yes, after a paid code review — a fixed-price exercise where we map the codebase, dependencies and risks. You get an honest written assessment either way: continue, refactor, or rebuild. If the code is in worse shape than expected, we say so before you commit to a plan, not after.
Standard plans include next-business-day acknowledgement; priority plans include same-day response for critical issues, with fix targets agreed per severity. The exact numbers go in your agreement in writing — an SLA that lives in a salesperson’s memory is not an SLA.
Plans are sized to the product: a small tool needs a light monthly plan, a revenue-generating SaaS with real uptime stakes needs more. All plans run month to month with no long-term contract — we will recommend a tier after seeing your product, and downgrading is always allowed.
The invisible work — dependency updates, security patches, backup and uptime checks — plus your bug fixes, and a plain-language monthly report listing everything done and anything found. If a month is quiet, the report says so; you should always know exactly what you paid for.
Both. Each quarter we plan a small feature roadmap with you, sized to your plan, and ship it in releases. This is exactly how our own products improve — steady quarterly releases beat rare big-bang rewrites, for desktop software and SaaS alike.
Often, yes — this situation is more common than you would think. If any code, credentials or database access survives, we start the recovery from there; if truly nothing remains, we assess whether rebuilding beats reverse-engineering. Either way, the first deliverable is making sure you can never be stranded like that again.
No. Plans run month to month, and the documentation we maintain means you can move in-house or to another team whenever you choose. Escrow protects project payments; for ongoing plans, the exit-anytime terms are your protection.
