What does TechRadian do?
TechRadian is a software development company in Sharjah Media City, UAE. Where is TechRadian based and which clients do you serve?
TechRadian is based in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE, and works with clients worldwide. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM GST (UTC+4), which overlaps with Asia and Europe, with North America mornings by arrangement. Regional pages: UAE, USA, Canada, Europe and Asia.
How do I start a project?
Send a short brief through the contact page or try the project cost estimator. We reply within one business day, hold a free scoping call, and then send a written scope with a fixed price and timeline. You pay nothing until you have accepted that document.
Can I see work you have built?
Yes. Our portfolio lists Invoex (invoicing and billing software), Kornio (a digital products and software marketplace) and Nexode (a ready-made online store with a live demo at shop.techradian.com). We build and sell our own products as well as client projects.
Pricing and payment
How much does custom software cost?

Do you work for a fixed price or by the hour?
Fixed price. Every project has a written scope, a deliverables checklist, a timeline and one price. Changes after sign-off are written down, priced and approved before work starts, so the budget stays predictable.
In which currency do I pay, and which payment methods are supported?
We quote in US dollars so global clients have one clear figure. Payment details, including accepted methods, are set out in the written agreement before anything is funded.
What is escrow-protected payment?
Your payment is held in a protected escrow wallet and released only after you have tested the deliverables and confirmed they match the agreed checklist. TechRadian can see the project is funded but cannot withdraw the money early. Read the full explanation on the escrow payments page.
What happens if a deliverable is never provided?
The undelivered portion is refunded from the escrow wallet as set out in the written agreement. Larger projects are funded and released milestone by milestone, so the amount at risk stays small.
Delivery, ownership and support
Who owns the source code?
You do. Once the project is delivered and paid, you receive the full source code in a repository you control, the application deployed on accounts in your own name, documentation and all credentials. Handover items are part of the deliverables checklist, so they are verified before the final release.
How long does a project take?
A standard build takes about 6 to 8 weeks: discovery and written scope, design and foundations, weekly build sprints with demos, your verification, then handover. Larger projects stretch the middle of the plan, and the structure stays the same. The written plan includes real dates before anything is funded. See the typical roadmap.
Will I see progress during the build?
Yes. Development runs in weekly cycles, each ending with an updated live preview and a plain-language progress note, so feedback arrives while it is still cheap to act on.
What support do you offer after launch?
A 30-day bug-fix window is included after handover. After that you can choose an optional monthly maintenance and support plan, month to month with no lock-in.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request. Tell us before you share sensitive details and we will agree the terms first.
Technology and services
What technologies do you use?
Our core stack is React, TypeScript, Node.js, Electron, PostgreSQL and SQLite, deployed on Azure, AWS or Vercel. We choose the stack that fits your product and your team rather than forcing one.
Do you build financial, accounting and ERP software?
Yes. We build invoicing and billing software, accounting software, expense management, payment gateway integrations, fintech apps and ERP systems.
Can you build an online store?
